Bullshit !
In the office, most women take more days off than men, are more often than not less capable, have no shame about asking others to do their work for them.
At home, what about the auto repairs, lawn mowing, painting, appliance repairs, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, computer repairs, and coaching sports teams, scouting, karate, take the kids to the doctor, and on, and on.
Every place I worked, they take off more than men.
Have a manager that has had around 60 days off this year alone...
Tough woman but, she does take a lot of time off...
