I’m in Texas and voted on Monday. Long line and was getting longer when I left. Moved quickly. Chatted with people in line, they were all Trump supporters. A couple of ladies said their church is having a day of fasting either the day before the election or the day of, I can’t remember. I voted straight republican ticket, checked and double-checked that there was no funny business going on, and cast my ballot.

Oh yes, I meant to also say that I asked the lady there who was in charge of the machines if there had been any problems with voting straight Republican ticket and Trump’s name then being “un-checked”. She said they use different machines here in Tyler, and that there had been no problems here, and that she felt there had been some mis-reporting on the issue. She also said that, if needed, she can easily re-calibrate the machines in a matter of minutes.

So, I voted straight Republican ticket and no problems at all. The machine seemed to work perfectly, with all the Republicans with check marks by their names.

Most people there looked to me like Trump voters. Yes, I profiled!
