Seriously, that is the title of her new book. And I have never seen such a hard hitting news piece as this 8:14 second video. Perino talks about her dog Jasper and how like this one time, he barked. She then she put a ribbon on it's head and posted a pic of it on shapchat and Jeb, Romney, and Rove gave it a like. In her words "It was Freakin' off the hook" Perino laughed. Then they all flew up to kennebunkport to show the Bush's the video of Jasper pee'ing on the photo. Anyway, don't want to ruin the ending ...
