They should have been "dispersed" with dispatch.
Seemed pretty obvious it was a black mob attacking whites because they were white, by all accounts.
If even a small number of the victims were black, one might even consider the silly and patently false "randomness", but...it seems pretty focused.

What is odd is that has yet to happen. All the flashmobs, all the racial violence, and the ferals have yet to run into someone who is carrying and dispenses justice.

Maybe we should look into how Temple responded/responds to the incident.
