I’m pretty sure federal law allows you to request a paper ballot.

Someone check this please.

“Is a voter prohibited from taking smartphone pictures or videos of the ballot screen, while casting the vote?”

In the Maryland primary, I was told that I could not take photos of the ballot screen (I had already done so and the hall monitor did not confiscate my phone).

What? It is not the roll of a Judge to issue public statements. Her writ is confined to holding hearings on litigation before her and making rulings based upon the law and evidence in the record before the court.

In Texas, the county “judge” is basically an administrative office, like the “mayor” or “county executive” in other states. Several states use such titles, just like the Massachusetts legislature is the “Great and General Court” and Kentucky county legislatures are the “Fiscal Court.”

The video from 2014 that you are talking about is highly suspicious as you can’t see the right hand side of the screen- nor can you see the guys right hand. This was discussed the last time around. But the guy could be pressing the button(where you can’t see it) hard with his right hand while at almost the same time only lightly touching with his left hand.

Let’s not all jump through our ass here. Potter County (Amarillo are) Texas, is probably the most hard-Right conservative area in the country. Goldwater and Reagan both got huge majorities here.

Judge is very R

This was a BS rumor/story from the beginning.

Too many first hand accounts reported this time around, especially from one candidate who watched his vote change to his opponents.
