It has been happening ever since the Immigration Act of 1965. Only now are idiots like Sowell recognizing what is happening. Legal immigration is killing and transforming this country. We have just had three of the four largest decades of legal immigration in our history. Since 1990 35 million legal permanent immigrants have entered this country. 87% of them are minorities as classified by the USG. Legal immigration will make the Dems the permanent majority party. Illegal immigration just hastens the process.
