You make absolutely no sense what soever. You wrote that you have less of him for having expressed that opinion, and in the next sentence you continue that he is fully entitled to hold and express that opinion.

Of course I can. Methinks you really don't understand intellectual discourse. There's no contradiction at all.
I don't have to agree with him and he doesn't have to agree with me; I don't have to be supportive of ideas with which I don't agree, nor does he.
Sometimes those disagreements are the "we just agree to disagree" type. Sometimes the disagreements are fundamental, where I recognize the flaw in his reasoning or conclusions.
In the case of Trump, one writer recently said he'd gone from being a NeverTrumper to a Trump supporter...not because Trump had changed, but because the writer recognized his own understanding of the situation had changed.
The situation has changed; the old rules no longer apply. Dr. Sowell, IMO, has not recognized this. If I were his age and held beliefs as strong as his, it's entirely possible I'd be in the same place.
None of this means he needs my approval to hold them.
Turns out the film clip was taken out of context and the last bit of the video basically said that you’ll get over it in a few days because things are going to get much worse.
So Michael Moore once again does not disappoint. He remains very consistent with his left-leaning ideologue and will continues to projectile vomit towards the left side of any issue.
