“It doesn’t advertise what you voted, just that the ballot was successfully cast.”

To channel Bill Clinton, that all depends on what the definition of “successfully” is. Successful for you or for the people who might’ve buggered up what goes on behind the scenes?

Ours is electronic in our county in TN. The last screen you see is a summary screen and if it looks good to you, you push the “cast ballot” button. That’s it. No printout of your selections. I have no confidence that what I “cast” will be what’s recorded.

I don’t either.

I don’t trust the people who set up the software.

They can program it to do whatever they want and nobody would know unless it was checked.
