Early voting suggests tight race in key states despite Clinton camp boast
Fox News ^ | Oct. 24, 2016 | Joseph Weber

Hillary Clinton’s campaign is touting some “eye-popping” advantages in early voting, in an apparent effort to energize Democratic voters, but preliminary figures suggest the race remains tighter than her aides acknowledge. The preliminary numbers appear to show Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, with an edge in several of the roughly 10 battleground states that will decide the 2016 White House race. “We're seeing eye-popping vote-by-mail application numbers,” Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook said on “Fox News Sunday.”

In Arizona and North Carolina, for example, more registered Democrats than Republicans have indeed cast early ballots.

But such numbers are open to interpretation, including how many Democrats in those two states voted for Clinton.

Meanwhile, early data shows Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump with potential advantages of his own in battleground states Florida, Ohio and elsewhere.

take his info with a grain of salt. He had me convinced we were maintaining the House and Senate in 06’. I don’t have to tell you what happened that year.

My sense is that Philly support will have lower turnout compared to 2012. Obama is not on the ticket and the enthusiasm is not there.

PA has all the right demographics for Trump, and his position on trade will get strong rural turnout. I just have a hunch about PA.

I think at least 20% of Democrats in NC will vote for Trump. Just a guess.

Heck, I saw what was coming in 2006 when I saw huge day glow orange peace sign spray painted on a piece of plywood (Must have been a 10’x10’ piece) on the infield at a NAASCAR race in North Texas a couple of months before the election. I knew the GOP was hosed then.

This time around? I think the apoplexy among the spokesholes for the broadcast media on election night as Trump cruises to a 350-220 EV vote margin is going to be delicious...

The registered Democrats for early voting barely have an advantage. Add most of the Libertarians & Unaffiliated to the Trump category, he has the early voting advantage.

I agree Pennsylvania could be the shocker.

I would love that because if Trump wins Florida, Ohio, and NC as well, Colorado wouldn’t matter.

My vote won't make any difference in the Electoral Vote count because no more than a third of my fellow Gay Staters will be voting like me.

You are an honest voter, voting for your own candidate in your own state, unlike those makemyvotecount.org people.

Don’t forget those ####sucker neverTrumpers. I know a few and I can’t stand what they are doing. “Conservative” my butt. Just holier than thous and they disgust me.

There’s still plenty of time to make a case to these people.

I hope George Will ends up in hell for the murder of every single baby under the new clinton supreme court, God forbid.

The dems and the MSM, assisted by the RINO Establishment, are trying to get the fix in long before it is.

They figure they will simply announce the victor,,,and then when Trump overwhelms them with numbers, it will be they who point to Russia and say that Russia rigged the election and therefore it cannot be legitimate.

They are trying to get this fix in now so they can run with it if and when Trump’s numbers (which he is drawing to every on of his rallies) show up at the polls and eclispe the dems.

Philly is stil a huge vote sink-even without voter fraud, which is pervasive.

Plus, the suburbs don't look good.

I would love to see Trump pull off an upset in that state though.

Haven’t seen one Trump sign or sticker in the Philly burbs yet. Have seen just a handful of Hillary signs/stickers.

Up in northeastern PA it’s filled with Trump signs, but the greater Philly area has several orders of magnitude more population than the northeastern part of the state.

Hillary can see that Russia rigged the election from her house.

Hillary’s allegations make zero sense in any case.

If the Russians had everything on her...they would not be trying to get Trump to win...they would be pulling ut all the stops to get her to win so they could then black mail and lead her around by the nose for the next 4-8 years...having all the goods on her.

Makes no sense for them to waist such a coup.
