You are correct. Every university within the border of Philadelphia is within or adjacent a ghetto: Penn, Temple, Drexel, LaSalle etc. Even Center City students at Jefferson are not safe. Philadelphia is basically divided into third world ghetto slum, ulta-rich enclaves, Center City workers who flee to the safer Mainline at 5 pm, new hipster/student gentrified areas and lastly the old tight knit neighborhood struggling to survive white flight and blight.

When you have the Clinton campaign openly hiring violent thugs to beatdown people who peacefully attend Trump rallies and there are no repercussions from either the justice system or media you should expect that kids will see that it’s okay to form roving groups looking to beatdown random people that they find on the street.
I guess the exorbitant security fees for Milo ARE justified, oh well conservatives stay home and save your $$. I am sure the libs and thugs can keep the economy of the lib cities going by their sheer desires. After all, what difference does productivity make anyway.
