I wouldn’t worry about the poor foundation. It’s not like it’s in an area known for earthquakes. /s

Seems a little crazy to make your home on the 57th floor of a San Francisco high rise. What would happen in a major earthquake?

That can’t be good. Who built it, the North Koreans? (it is SanFranSicko after all).

Allowing sufficient time for the long suffering conservatives on the Left Coast to make their escape to parts inland, America would be much better off if everything within 100 miles of the west coast slid into the Pacific Ocean.

Yes, along with Joe Montana and many other high-profile people.

Joe Montana has a place there. Residences in downtown. Tells you what the effects of the internet will be.

[Pamela Buttery noticed something peculiar six years ago while practicing golf putting in her 57th-floor apartment at the luxurious Millennium Tower. The ball kept veering to the same corner of her living room.]
After which I would have called my realtor to put it on the market and kept my mouth closed. LOL

There’s another thing sinking too: the price of a unit in that building. Looks like some wealthy folks are about to take a property bath.

They expect it to sink another 30 inches? There is already a 6 inch tilt at the top? Huge cracks in the basement walls? In an earthquake zone? Are you kidding me?

The wiki (pedia, not links Sheila) page says the construction company only sunk pilings to 80 feet. The common (but not legally mandated) local standard is 200 feet, which takes you to bedrock. Good luck, condo owners!

Millennium Partners maintains its design is safe and says many San Francisco high-rises have similar foundations.Oh, THAT'S going to make people feel safe.
