I thought it was real, but I just did a search for it on wikileaks and I’m not finding it. Please somebody send me a link to where this is found on wiki leaks if this is real.

That’s how I read your post: Meh fake. We know the FUD bringers are working hard in FR these days to discourage folks. They also tend to have similar responses when confronted.
