A terrifying Russian television broadcast explicitly told civilians to find out where their nearest bomb shelter is and repeatedly asked viewers if they were ready for nuclear war.
One apocalyptic broadcast told viewers on Moscow's state-owned TV channel NTV: "If it should one day happen, every one of you should know where the nearest bomb shelter is. It’s best to find out now."

4. During the 10th Jubilee Jews would control Jerusalem and the End Times would begin. This would put the beginning of the end times starting the evening (sunset) of 2OCT2016.

Seems like suicide for all sides if one side thinks they can survive a nuclear exchange. Of course the will to use them may be in question but that is a big gamble to find out if that will exists. My dad was privy to nuclear war for the DoD as he did war games back in the 80’s at what was once a major SAC base Kelly. He passed in 2002 but he told me since it was more than 30 years and just before he died
Won’t be just one per city, but multiple, San Antonio would take between 7 to 10+ estimated of various tonnage. Other cities would also get multiple warheads, SO, IF IT DOES HAPPEN expect that as they will use just about everything they have. The variable is how fast we could destroy launch areas after the first volley, but it still will suck when 2 or 3 county busters get here first.
Russia has bunkers everywhere and the Moscow subway that was built for just this. We have nothing but a few fallout shelters that used to be stocked with tins of water and crackers, but no longer, and they took the radiation symbols down from the buildings, so find a 50ish year old that remembers where they were. Most old court houses were designated fallout shelters and basically any building that had a basement below surface.
