You probably should avoid watching it if you see it posted--viewing or possessing child porn is highly illegal. It’s not that I doubt it’s possible for Billy to do something like that (National Enquirer claimed they gave up a tape years ago showing Billy with prostitutes in exchange for money and access), even with a child. It’s that I doubt Anonymous. The Wikileaks folks, Guccifier, etc., are not equivalent to “Anonymous.” These are separate groups. So far, Anon has not delivered on anything they’ve ever promised.
If they do, I’ll eat my words and be very happy to do so, but I’m just not seeing it.

I don't believe democrat voters will care that Hillary's husband rapes children, even if that is proven by the video. They have already argued regarding his rapes of adults that he is not the candidate, even though Hillary had a proven role in attacking Bill's victims after they were raped by him. This is no different.
Even if we had proof not only that Bill raped young girls but also that Hillary attacked/threatened them afterwards, that would just be one more on the long list of gross and disgusting acts/crimes by the Clintons. Democrat voters have proven that they would not care.
