No I take it to mean if Hillary wins they will show she won fraudulently and produce documents to back it up.
If she wins it will be by fraud and I think our corrupt government is trying to cover their ass and setting up the scenario and eff the electorate over.
Could be, but either way Hillary wins and the Russians take the blame. The traitors are prepositioning to challenge a Trump win or disavow a Hillary loss.
