PSALM 121

1...I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

2...My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

3...He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

4...Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

5...The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.

6...The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

7...The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

8...The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Good evening, Ms Feather...*hugs*...well, we had our first snow. Probably a short 4 inches. Today was a really beautiful, sunny, blue sky day that probably got up to mid 30s. Looking out my window the street looks like a cheese grater...humps and valleys and bumps and really yucky driving. It sounds like driving thru a bucket of ice cubes.

Still nice for you?

"I Vow To Thee My Country"
Choir Of King's College, Cambridge

I VOW TO THEE, my country, all earthly things above,
Entire and whole and perfect, the service of my love;
The love that asks no question, the love that stands the test,
That lays upon the altar the dearest and the best;
The love that never falters, the love that pays the price,
The love that makes undaunted the final sacrifice.

And there's another country, I've heard of long ago,
Most dear to them that love her, most great to them that know;
We may not count her armies, we may not see her King;
Her fortress is a faithful heart, her pride is suffering;
And soul by soul and silently her shining bounds increase,
And her ways are ways of gentleness, and all her paths are peace."
