Why is Raytheon drawn into the mix?
Raytheon TOWs supplied to the FSA via the Saudis have been a true game changer, in the Syrian civil war. They have so many to spare they fire them at earth moving machines, technicals, and small groups (2-3) of SAA soldiers.
