Please can someone clarify this for me?
When a donation is donated through the Trump website, a percentage of it still goes to RNC. Is that correct? There's no way to stop RNC from getting part of the donation?
Ugghhhh. I should have donated directly on the website so it goes to Donald J. Trump President, Inc.
The Trump Make America Great Again Committee is a joint fundraising committee between the RNC and Donald J. Trump for President.
If you want to donate to Trump only, you have to donate on Trump’s website.
I thought I was donating so my $ didn’t go to the RNC ... tho we do have to recognize that President Trump will need a majority R Senate and R House. Those recalcitrant members will do a quick 180, groveling all the way (which will, of course, be entertaining).
I had been a ‘recurring’ (very small) donor but unsubscribed after this post. Want to change it to something that is 100% Trump, not the RNC and its blaggard members. I’d be happy to make small donations to worthy candidates for the House or Senate. Just sick of Rs, generally.
