She had a pretty face for a while, but keep in mind professionally done hair and makeup can make a homely woman or child look like a beauty queen. At this point in her life Hillary is spending HOURS being made up and having her hair styled before public appearances.
However she has always had horrifying legs and cankles, no amount of special effects makeup can fix this.
Plus she has gained a lot of weight is probably technically obese.
Which is why she always wears pants and Dr Evil tunics made out of Kirby vacuum cleaner bags or Romulan sofa covers—and pays $10,000 plus for these outfits.
I think it took many years of her private staff talking to her, trying to persuade her to camouflage her lower body. It was so bad it was very distracting.

I Postulate at times about outcomes of political campaigns that were not to be. And have wondered what if Dukakis had won? If Dukakis had won, the Clinton machine in all likelihood would not exist today.
Also, I feel rather strongly that if Al Gore would have tendered his resignation as vice president when Billy Jeff was impeached, on moral grounds, he may have put himself in a position of integrity thus winning the election over George W. Bush.because people would have assumed that Gore had integrity. However, dumping Tipper might have neutralized the voters. But that’s just me postulating on a windy and warm autumn day.
