The media is already jumping on this as the main takeaway of the speech. It gives the media an excuse the rehash the allegations again for instead of talking about the substance of his speech.

Donald didn't say this off hand but for a reason. He says nothing without a well planned move several moves ahead of the media. Hold on to your seats because he's gearing it up until November. He always has a good reason well planned!
