WikiLeaks: Wyss Foundation Democracy Strategy Discussion Memo

Subject: Democracy program (Attachment)

Unmarried women, youth, and people of color – low-income populations who tend to be reliably progressive on economic and women’s inequality issues—do not participate equally in the democratic process. They are not registered, don’t turnout, and drop-off in non-presidential years.

The ultimate goal of the Democracy Program is to create systemic change that will result in the government taking responsibility for all citizens voting.

We believe these efforts will alter the electorate, but they will not do it in time to fully achieve the Wyss policy agenda within the next ten years.

If applied at-scale in areas with fast growing Latino and African-American populations, rigorously executed engagement could transform the electorate in just a few years.

To achieve the maximum impact, we have recommended consideration of a blend of strategies:

• Registration surge ($10 million): Climate funders recently retained data-analysts to do a preliminary assessment of the opportunity. They used careful cost-modeling based on well-documented past registration work and real-world turnout performance (only a portion of those registered vote) to demonstrate that an investment of $100 million dollars over five years could close the participation gap among African Americans and Latinos in twelve states at a scale that would exceed the margin of victory in six past elections. For example, in Florida, the model suggests that registration costing just over $16 million dollars would result in 117,212 new votes by 2018, exceeding the 6-year average state-wide vote margin of 110,701 (coming very close to that margin in 2016).

That is a rehash of the same ole strategy Democrats have been running on for at least the last 40 years.

They run on those issues but never seem to accomplish anything or resolve any of those issues after they do get elected.

Clinton right now is running on the same promises Obama made 8 years ago. And those were the same promises Kerry ran on in 2004, Gore ran on in 2000, and BJ ran on in 1992 and 1996.

As Trump said of Hillary and her being in politics for 40 years — you haven’t accomplished anything.

Conmbine this with the email saying they want to keep the electorate dumbed-down, and you’ve got a plot to force uninformed voters to vote. The greatest enemy this nation faces is ignorant, stupid, and/or corrupt voters (or fraud that creates out of thin air the votes that ignorant, stupid, and/or corrupt voters would make.

This is an assault on our country. It goes back to Cloward-Piven. They’re trying to implement Cloward-Piven’s plan, which was to destroy the USA and turn it communist.

People need to see the connections.

I know that Assange is a leftist, but I think he may be one who has been forced to wake up - the very kind of person the KGB would execute first come communist revolution (according to KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov) because once they see what communism really is, they FIGHT BACK HARD. And I can’t help but wonder if that’s exactly what has happened with Assange.

I hope he’s still alive.

“The ultimate goal of the Democracy Program is to create systemic change that will result in the government taking responsibility for all citizens voting.”

Some of these people need to be put in a position that sends a message. “Made an example of” is a term they like to use...

“As Trump said of Hillary and her being in politics for 40 years — you haven’t accomplished anything.”

And sadly, neither did the Booshes, father and son. They did, however manage to cause the deaths of thousands of our young men and women, and to pi$$ away trillions of dollars we didn’t have on a part of the world that should be isolated and allow the “people” there to finish themselves off. We would have been way ahead of the game to just move all the Jews to some place in Montana so they are out of the way, pitch in a few truck loads of pigs ang automatic weapons and sit back.

And I read some Wikileaks tweets saying/suggesting that they know Hillary will win (makes me wonder what else they have that convinces them of that - maybe info about stealing the election...) but what is wrong about exposing the corruption of the regime about to take control?

The photo said to be Assange’s “last message” - him holding a sign saying “KEEP FIGHTING” - suggests that this is about more than just an election.

And it is. It’s about across-the-board corruption and control, versus the checks and balances that are supposed to insure that justice and truth prevail. Unless and until we have people in Congress and the administrations/agencies who are held to account for their oaths of office, we are GUARANTEED to have tyranny.

Why are our elected officials in DC and in the states dead silent on all the crimes being committed to try to get Hillary elected?

WE all know that the AG and FBI are a sick joke. How did they get that way? Who voted to approve these political hacks to be in control of such critical positions? And why are they not moving to impeach?

When I first started posting about Obama’s documentation issues it was not about Obama, and I said that flat-out. It was about a corrupt, criminal system which, if left unchecked, would destroy this nation. What we’re seeing now vindicates me and a bunch of others who have been saying the same thing for a long time. We were mocked, we were told we were an embarrassing distraction... but what we said has been proven right. The people who would not see what we said back then are STILL not seeing it, even when Assange and O’Keefe point it out in black and white before their very eyes.

The media/”conservative” argument that called us “crazy conspiracists” has demoralized a large portion of the American public, and that’s not going to go away suddenly even if Trump can pull off this election and still be inaugurated (which is another big “if” considering that Obama/Hillary are doing their level best to start a nuclear war with Russia).

The battle is truly with the American mind - a mind that has forgotten the warnings of our Founders, about diligence and accountability being the CRITICAL INGREDIENTS for the continuation of this nation.

KEEP FIGHTING!!!

I hope he’s still alive.

He's still alive. He's not in Ecuador anymore. He's in a cell in the basement of some CIA Annex. They haven't Identified all of his 'associates' who are now tasked with releasing all the data he gathered.

Until they find them all and put a stop to the releases, they need him alive.

That’s your theory, right?

What do we KNOW about his current situation? Has he been seen at the Ecuador embassy?

Assange was never in Ecuador, he is in the Ecuadoran Embassy in London. They gave him asylum from Britsh attempts to arrest and extradite him to Sweden. He periodically has had press conferences by standing in a balcony talking to the press in the street below.

WHile the Ecuadorans bowed to pressure to cut off his internet, there are plenty of other Wikileaks staff to push documents to the public.

Assange is a leftist, and maybe a sex offender (if Swedish prosecutors are to be believed). But he first and foremost defines himself as a crusader against secrecy. Wikileaks by default thinks secrets are inherently bad. So he releases Bush Admin secrets and then Podesta’s Dem party secrets.
