Horndog ex-New York congressman Anthony Weiner’s seemingly uncontrollable urge to sext could soon get him indicted, as a federal grand jury mulls charges over his online encounters with an underage girl.
The grand jury is expected to begin hearing evidence about the ousted pol’s explicit communications with the out-of-state teen by the end of the month, a law-enforcement source told The Post on Tuesday.
Legal experts have said Weiner’s latest sexting scandal could get him slapped with a federal charge of sexual exploitation of children, which carries a minimum of 15 years in the slammer and a maximum of 30.

Charlie Rangel was found to be a criminal tax evader. Prosecution? No. Resulted in a “censure” from the house.
Federal Judge Alcee Hastings kicked out of his office and convicted of taking bribes. Subsequently elected to the US House.
Marion “that bit*h set me up” Barry, DC Mayor with a crack cocaine conviction, subsequently elected to the DC City Council.
And, of course, Hillary Clinton.

Weiner is a total idiot. But 15-30 years in prison? That’s ridiculous. We have 4-5% of the world’s population and 25% of the prisoners. I really don’t know why this country is so obsessed with imprisonment. I fully realize that it doesn’t apply in this case, but with our extremely corrupt government institutions, what’s to prevent a government worker or prosecutor from planting “evidence” on your computer or phone? Can we really trust our legal system as it has become increasingly politicized and this politicization will filter down to the local levels as everything becomes federalized and centralized?
It would make more sense to fine him with victim restitution, civil penalties for the victim.

Anthony Weiner, creep that he’s turned out to be, is not Jewish according to Jewish law, which requires that the mother be Jewish for her child to be Jewish. Weiner’s mother is not Jewish. Weiner is, though, thought to be Jewish and perhaps considers/considered himself Jewish. There were a lot of Jews in his constituency. The child of these two - Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin, is definitely not Jewish either. Huma is a Muslim Brotherhood operative, a devout Muslim, the next generation of a family devoting itself to bringing a restoration of a worldwide Muslim government and Shariah law to the U.S. and the rest of the world that is not already Islamic.
The kid will have no choice but to be a chip off the Abedin family block, especially once they put Anthony out of the child’s life so the Muslim indoctrination can continue full speed ahead. The child’s role will be the same as that of his Muslim Brotherhood think tank grandmother’s, his mother’s, his uncle’s and his aunt’s. I can see no other reason for the far-out marriage except love at first sight or more likely that Hillary and Bill, who officiated at the wedding in the Clinton garden, thought that would be a parallel route for themselves and their surrogate daughter/sister/whatever, Huma, to executive power. There was a time about the time of that marriage that the pundits were also talking about Weiner as perhaps vice-presidential material.

I believe that Weiner, like any lying Democrat, misled some people early in his career into thinking his mother might be Italian.

Oh, I’m sure he’s guilty. I was curious about framing because it’s pretty close to the crime that Assange was falsely accused of. If the penalty is 15-30 for Weiner, what would the penalty be for falsely accusing someone of that charge?
The case against Assange completely fell apart, to the point that the fake company shut down its website and disconnected the phone. We know who the perps are, and they are democrat operators, but the question is, will anyone have the sand to arrest them for this?

A video of Frances Finkelstein Weiner does certainly seem to confirm that a woman who says she is Anthony Weiner’s biological mother is Anthony’s mother and is Jewish. I had read a few years ago that his mother was not. The burning question remains of how on God’s green earth this marriage made any sense or was embraced by either family, except to the worshippers and promoters of political multiculturalism for political reasons and career advancement for both of them and U.S. government information and influence for the Muslim Brotherhood.
