I haven’t seen those polls. Not sure how much credence I’d put in them. Bad if true.

However, I think we can agree on the fact that Trump’s campaign has been revealing. He has not held back, but given even the LIV a chance to hear how corrupt both HRC and the system is. If he loses despite that, then it is beyond all doubt that the USA of old is no longer.

In that - I still think less likely scenario - people will react differently. There will be despondency, anger and some who will try and start to rebuild from the bottom. However, the diagnosis of what has happened to the US (and the rest of the western world) would no longer be in doubt.

The corrupting influence of the secular state has poisoned this society.

Even if he loses, he will be admired to have finally exposed the wicked for who they really are.

The FR community has come a long way. Weren’t there people still speaking of W in reverent tones two years ago? Or boosting Jeb!? Now it seems to be accepted that the BushClinton Crime Family has to be investigated, tried, etc.

Strangely, it’s still forbidden to suggest that the government can do anything bad to Americans on a Tuesday.
