I winced a little too, but resigned to the fact This is Donald, brutally honest. This is what we need at this time. Yes he got boo’d. He didn’t stop.
She got her jabs in too and of course turned on the fake syrupy sincerity at the end, made me puke.
As I watched the after-dinner when guests were leaving, on C-SPAN, it showed Hillary hobnobving, with the likes of Chrissy Matthews, Chuck-U Schumer, etc and showed Donald and Melania quietly leaving out the back with SS detail. I felt sad for him/them. He truly has sacrificed his good standing with the Elites for the sake of We The People. I pray to God he wins - handily, and that he does well and is loved by the millions that have waited for someone to stand up to this corrupt crap.
Donald Trump has to be the most unlikely national hero ever to emerge. I am disgusted daily by the ingratitude, especially of Catholics.
Donald Trump has truly sacrificed his Life, his Fortune, and his Sacred Honor. However this turns out, he will never be able to return to the life he once enjoyed as he has burned bridges that probably will never be rebuilt.
And he is doing all this for America!
Say what we will about his moral life - what I am seeing is a changed man. Augustine lived a most immoral life until he recognized his calling and his purpose.
I see the same for Mr. Trump.
Trump honestly thought his endorsements and money would maintain good working relationships with all he helped and I am sure he thought these people were friends. He learned that those people are nothing but blood sucking users and parasites and not real friends. He now has been blessed with true friendships from people who are loyal and who will appreciate his sacrifices for America.
Obama has said much worse at various affairs....
Thank you for expressing my sentiments re DT’s courage & great sacrifice. He could be basking in his $$$ but instead is speaking for “we the people.”
I have faith that Trump will win November 8th....BIGLY.
When he's done being President, he can always move out to Redneck Country, somewhere. He'll always be a New Yorker ... and we'll call him a damyankee ... but we'll smile when we say it. And we won't stab him in the back.
