I think you are right. bill is the smarter of the two and knows his wife. I am sure both of them have a mutualy assured destruction when it comes to there death.
The more I think about it, what guarantee does Bill have that his operatives would actually carry out his wishes? Let’s say that he died in the next week or so, with Hillary having the potential to become the most powerful woman in the world. What if his operatives got cold feet or something and feared retribution from her? I mean, what would really in it for them to expose her?
