Some really weird stuff going on with Wikileaks tonight. Does this imply if NSA, etc. is in control that disinformation will be sent to call into question Wikileaks credibility? Where is Anonymous in all this?

There is nothing unusual or weird going on with Wikileaks tonight. The only people saying that there is something unusual and weird going on are Hillary supporters trying to question the credibility of the latest posts. The idea that the NSA is in the business of hacking twitter accounts and posting fake tweets is too dumb to be discussed seriously.
