This is a video showing how the mainstream networks, NBC, in this case- actually chroma key, or "green-screen" Hillary's eyes when she has a Parkinson's-related eye-crossing episode due to her maintenance drugs. They actually edit the video to make her seem "normal-ish." This is a fairly slipshod job and terribly obvious.

It’s just the light shining through the lens of her eye when she moves her head. After the Swamp gas from a weather balloon got trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.

we have to take piss tests to insure we are not impaired while doing our jobs.
those running for POTUS, or other high level public offices, should also be required to demonstrate their lack of impairment.
this would include a full health screen
