There is one drawback...
It replaced a HUGE black box that was the old projection TV; a monster that stuck out into the living room by almost 3 feet.
I'd like to hang tit on the wall like a picture; but then there is no place to put the cable box, vcr, dvd player; so it sits on a console about 18" deep.
Sure nice for football games though...
