I think eventually, some state attorney general will stand up and sue various states because of the voter fraud numbers and demand compensation for his state’s voters being disenfranchised. Figure some amount like $3,000 for each voter....whether the court would accept such a challenge...would ultimately depend up on the Supreme Court.

But if it was challenged in this fashion and damages awarded on one single case, it opens the door. You could bankrupt states in one single year. And then you hint that in four years, you will come back to sue once again.

At that point, the game is finished. Voter ID will be mandatory and heavier consequences set for fraud. That’s the only way to end this mess.

Not a lawyer (I play one on TV). But, that gave me an idea. There should be a provision for anyone attempting to obtain a valid ID. That provision should be that the requester allow the issuing state to inquire about voter registration in the previous state from which he comes from.
