Russian Hacker Sought by US Arrested in Prague

PRAGUE – Czech police have arrested a Russian hacker suspected of cyberattacks in the United States, officials said on Wednesday. Police said an international warrant for the man, who was not named, was issued by Interpol and that officers cooperated with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation on the case.

Hours after the arrest was made public, the professional networking service LinkedIn suggested that the arrest was tied to a 2012 breach of member information. A spokesman for the U.S. Justice Department declined to confirm that or comment on a possible connection.

"Following the 2012 breach of LinkedIn member information, we have remained actively involved with the FBI's case to pursue those responsible," the company said in a statement Wednesday. "We are thankful for the hard work and dedication of the FBI in its efforts to locate and capture the parties believed to be responsible for this criminal activity."

In May, LinkedIn said that the 2012 breach resulted in more than 100 million of its users' passwords being compromised — vastly more than previously thought. The business social network said that it believes to be true a purported hacker's claim that 117 million user emails and passwords were stolen in the breach.

Police spokesman Jozef Bocan said the suspect was arrested in a Prague hotel. After the arrest the suspect collapsed, received first aid treatment and was hospitalized, Bocan said.

They will get a written confession that Trump met him in a dark alley and bought the emails with a suitcase full of money. /s

The FBI can track down some suspected Russian hackers in Prague, but yet Comey and his crew of clowns couldn’t track down a server leaking secrets in the Secretary of State’s bathroom?

Are you ‘effin kidding me?

Comey, Lynch, Holder, and obama have destroyed any semblance of integrity that the FBI may have had.

From now on, the FBI are nothing more than paid political brown shirts hacks working for the democrat regime.

"Trump needs to ask, “Does it really matter who hacked your little secret club of admirers? It’s what is in the hack that needs to be discussed.” And, by the way, do you think the Russians were more interested in the DNC and Podesta or what our chief diplomat was writing about? Every time she brings up Russian hackers, he needs to remind reporters they likely had access to more than the political intrigue of her sycophants."

Well said.

This reminds me of the guy who made the anti-islamic video that supposedly caused the Benghazi debacle.

Even if it is a hacker, arrest he or she.

That still doesn’t take away the content of the emails and the corruption from top to bottom.

After local police and the FBI took turns beating the crap out of him, "After the arrest the suspect collapsed, received first aid treatment and was hospitalized, Bocan said."

Funny, how the democRATS loved the Russians during the Reagan years. Now, they’re (Russians) disliked by the democRATS? Guess the “RESET” button didn’t work.

Is this just another cover-up arrest, like the arrest of the video producer that was originally blamed for causing the Benghazi attack.

Blaming the Russians (and arresting a "Russian Hacker") even if it risks nuclear war, and shutting down Assange's internet connection, are all Obama / Democrat party scripted efforts to cover-up for a galatically corrupt, incompetent, and fully politicized US Federal government.
