I sure hope this is a smoking gun on pay-to-play. We KNOW it's out there.

However, the date on this email appears to be January 18, 2015. Hillary was no longer SOS at that time. Sure, this email is evidence of corrupt relationships - but does it count, technically, as "pay-to-play" if she was no longer SOS?

Hillary indicated running for the presidency as early as late 2014.

So, it wasn’t play for “SOS” pay.

It’s play for POTUS pay.

She intends to become a multi-billionaire while president.
