Many areas of the world consider smiling for no reason to be a sign of simple-mindedness of of being an idiot. This belief is very common in Russia.

Fabulous idea. But don't call it that. The Left would say that you are mocking Parkinson's victims. But you can call it the “hillary Bop” because according to Hillary's doctors - both actual and spin, she is healthy and fit.
