I’m sure most of the missing 33,000 emails implicate him in that and more and that’s why she was allowed to “delete” them after being subpoenaed. AFAIK, that is unprecedented. Would love to hear what President Nixon has to say about it.

Im sure most of the missing 33,000 emails implicate him in that and more and thats why she was allowed to delete them after being subpoenaed. At least some of the emails were provided to the State Dept.
But, they were withheld from the FOIA request (and public disclosure) under the "executive privilege" exception.
