They are. They are the functional equivalent of their twin Democrats, sending the imbeciles out to vote party against their own interests, generation after generation.
That a Republican (for now) majority is preferable is true. The specific individuals that ward heeler mentioned are cancers. The targeted assassination of their political careers ala Cantor would be salutary in its effects on the others contemplating ‘reaching across the aisle’.
Which is what we need. Forcibly retire a few of these, and tightened sphincters of some of the rest might be good enough to keep them in tow.
