Hate to say but it may be a real cop trying to gin up justification to arrest and beat up anyone who takes pictures of the police or public facilities.

To me this is a prime example of why police should never be pulling cars over in anything other than a fully marked cruiser. Needless to say they should also be wearing a full, proper uniform.

If I were a school bus driver, I’d only pull over for a fully uniformed cop driving a marked vehicle. Or maybe an M-1 tank blocking the road.
........my two kids went to Doss and Anderson many years ago. Heck, if even if they arrest him it won’t make any difference as these days he can just invoke the Hillary Defense which is that “he didn’t intend to do whatever they chose to charge him with”.
