The circumstances are, in their haste to pile on as many charges as possible, the DA's office (Democrat) added a manslaughter charge for the death of the victim's unborn child. What this does as far as the law is concerned is grant the same right to life upon the unborn child as was granted to the mother upon birth. Basic black letter law. If this does go to the supreme court, the pro abortionists face the fact of having presented as evidence the overwhelming scientific data proving an unborn fetus is in fact a separate and unique human life from the human mother.

The Sanger Nazi’s know that humanizing those that they murder drastically weakens their position.
