I saw that too. There’d been reports that Hillary was going refuse to shake Trump’s hand. It would’ve been odd had Trump reached out...and Hillary didn’t return the gesture. But, Trump must’ve heard about her little game as he didn’t even extend his hand. He appeared to be watchful just in case the harpy did reach out, but he never gave a physical indication he was gonna shake.
The agreement for Bubba was read by his attorneys about 5 minutes before Bubba left the Whitehouse.
The basic tenet was that he couldn't be sued for "anything" that happened before or during his terms in the Whitehouse.
But on the other had it would have made Hillary look petty and vindictive if he had held his hand out and she had snubbed him. I think he missed a chance there.

Speaking of the drug test, I noticed that yesterday when Hillary got off the plane she looked a lot like she did when she had her “medical episode” back on September 11th. She was wearing big sunglasses and appeared tired and disheveled. Medical problems popping up again? I’m sure her Dr. Frankenstein is working feverishly to get her ‘up’ for the debate.
