The report concluded that black students feel dissatisfied, exhausted and alienated on campus. How will the poor dears survive in the real world? Will they demand "safe spaces" at work?

yes - after winning safe spaces and extra tutoring at college, they will demand more support when they join the workforce.
I cannot tell you how scared HR is about these types of complaints. 2 of my team mates (very large team albeit) have to ‘mentor’ 2 junior members of the team. It basically comes down to laying out a framework for the work task and the junior members fill in some of the pieces.

Will they demand "safe spaces" at work? What is this "work" you speak of?

How will the poor dears survive in the real world? They'll get government jobs which better qualified whites were denied.
