Every modern President has had questions shouted to him like this, often in typical non-question situations, like walking to their limo. Reagan used to smile and put his hand to his ear like he couldn’t hear the question.

Only Obama has gotten snotty about it, which is no surprise. The media has caused some of this by treating him like a deity rather than the country’s top employee.
