Gone are the days when Sam Donaldson would scream a question at Reagan from a football field away while helicopters were still whirring as Reagan walked across the lawn and flew to or from Camp David. Reagan would just smile and motion that he couldn’t hear so Donaldson would scream louder.

I don’t recall Reagan ever scolding Donaldson.
