I agree with this 100%.
Even if we were to institute this, I can envision the Dems finding a way to rig that stipulation.
For example: one parcel of land, owned by 1 million voters... Or, the definition of Taxpayer reworded to include those who receive income credit refunds.
They will NEVER stop corrupting the system. They exist to cause chaos and evil.
That is why I have come to the conclusion that the only way out is to drop these people over the ocean or drop them onto a deserted island with no way to escape.

I think this one is just as bad as yesterday.
Essentially, using the voting laws of any state, they can manufacture a scheme to have a work receipt, a utility bill, etc., whatever that state requires for voting.

I personally witnessed mass voter fraud in 2008 at the Los Angeles County recorders office, Early Voting station. Busloads of people in line getting provisional ballots by just giving a name and then getting back in line. It went on for weeks. I have a feeling that was just the tip of the iceberg. I sent an e-mail to Brietbart but it was ignored
