My favorite line about feminist is from George Costanza. “When the check comes, where are they?”

She's in hiding.

Her poll numbers drop when it's she vs a visible alternative (e.g., a 6' 2" alpha male from New York).

And then there's the fact that she is ill.

Which may also have something to do with why she remains in seclusion.

Good to see the incremental positive trend but isn’t this the poll that polls the same people over and over again? I would not expect to see much variation if you are only talking to the same few people. After all, most people have made up their minds, one would think.

Uh, I didn’t have to explain the tape talk to any guy, but I did to several women.

I agree. Regardless of whom you hate less in this election, it would seem like you would stick with that man or harpie.

Looks like another bad day of polling will fall off tonight as well. Trump may be +2.5-3% tomorrow in this poll.

Yes, it polls the same people over again..was the most accurate poll in 2012. In theory, as long as your sample is right, shouldn’t matter if you poll the same people or not. But this poll has shown some large fluctuations - Clinton’s largest lead so far is +5 in this poll vs Trumps largest lead of +7 in this poll. http://graphics.latimes.com/usc-presidential-poll-dashboard/

Good point. I agree she is in hiding. I said that in Nov./Dec of ‘15. She was hiding and letting her team do the work. This way she never has to state a position or answer a question. At the time I had no idea about her illness. Didn’t even hear of it until June ‘16. Thanks for the link.

"She's in hiding."

Her poll numbers are inversely related to the amount of face time that she receives.

Trump might consider featuring Clinton in his ads. (Trump "could" outspend Clinton, the question is if he believes TV ad spending is effective, and if he will spend the money or not.)

Take a look at the pole graph. Note where Trump and Hillary cross paths on the scale. Then count the days from where they start diverging and Trump starts up the plus incline.

When the gap is the largest note how many days it took to get there, then count how many days it is till election day.

Compare Trumps high day count to the days till 8Nov, there is a pattern here that I like.

It’s tied up in Rasmussen too. Amazing the kind of polls you get wham you don’t sample 20-30% more Ds than Rs.

If this poll is close to accurate, the undecideds/over-polled 3rd party votes break 2:1 for Trump, and assume the 3rd party candidates receive 3.5% cumulative (I think that might be the high end), it becomes Trump 50.5 Hillary 46.

While I am wishing for a pony ...

Now she is bleeding support among millenials. If they stay home she is in deep trouble.
A distinct possibility, if not probability. Most millenials wouldn't vote for Trump if their lives depended on it. Many of them may either vote third party or sit out the election altogether in disgust. Or some just might vote for Trump figuring, in Trump's own words, what the hell do we have to lose?

What I find interesting in this poll lately is that there are no wild swings from one day to the next. Just a slow steady climb by Trump.
