Well the “average” citizen is on Youtube and Twitter and as of right now people are working to get #birddogging trending on Twitter and the Youtube already has over 16K views in just over an hour on Youtube. Not including postings already out on other media sources like reddit, twitter, etc. On Twitter O’Keefe has over 115K followers so at least that many have seen the video already in just over an hour. The original twitter post has already been retweeted 2k times.
It’s also already on Foxnews website and covered on broadcast - and while Fox isn’t as loved here as it once was it is still the most watched network in the US the last time I checked - so I think those couple mediums will get it out to the “average” citizen.

Yes, this is ABUSE of the mentally ill, highly unethical and quite possibly illegal.
Trump should not have to wade through all the particulars (diverts him from his large themes) but surrogates should get up to speed on all of these details immediately and pound the hell out of the Hillary campaign and DNC.
There should be resignations demanded and obtained now, this week. Once heads begin to roll, place the responsibility for the entire mess right in Shrillary’s lap.

The reason why they talk is they are enjoying bragging about what they do. It’s like the murderer who gets caught because he has to tell someone how smart he was getting away with the perfect crime.
Trump supporters will no doubt lap it up. But that's just preaching to the choir. We already know that the Clintons are criminals. Hell, most Crooked Hillary supporters know they are criminals - but they just don't care and they can't be swayed.
Still, there's no harm done in putting this stuff out there and the Trump campaign can break this down into some TV ads, tweets and Instagrams, etc., in the hopes of winning over some undecideds. But we should not get our hopes up that any of this will "take down" her candidacy. At best, we will win over a few undecided or some soft supporters but most of those already committed to supporting her aren't budging - no matter what.
Fortunately we have the numbers and the candidate to win. We are going to have to beat her by showing that we have the nominee (Trump) who cares about America and will do what it takes to put America back on the right path.
This means all of us get out to vote on November 8th en masse.

This is not time-wasting. What we are seeing is that the entire machine is corrupt, from top to bottom. If we don’t clean it out, it won’t matter if Trump wins. He will be destroyed by the operating machinery. Don’t you think, given the glimpse we have under the cover of the Clinton operation, that they will “take him out” if necessary.
Shoot, even the FBI is a Clinton operation now.
