Wow, I would see issues with this arrangement, but as the DNC, nor Hillary's entities, are government institutions, I am not sure if this is illegal. The political parties have leeway that normal non- and for-profits do not share.
This is really showing the deck was stacked only for Hillary.

Federal elections law strictly controls the amounts a candidate can raise from each donor. Having a joint account with the DNC would seem to bypass legal limits on fundraising... ?? !!
