Hillary Clinton, the Democratic nominee for president, tweeted, ‘The attack on the Orange County HQ @NCGOP office is horrific and unacceptable. Very grateful that everyone is safe’.

Notice that the words "horrific and unacceptable" do not convey any sense that her campaign was in any way responsible for the crime. This is sooooo typical of her. Here is a career criminal who never even hints that she is responsible for any any damage or destruction, whether to other people or to property! Maybe her cold heart is "grateful everyone is safe" because casualties from this incident would increase the political fallout to her.

Here's something else about this firebombing that was speculated on another site: could be that returned absentee ballots were destroyed, but so far no confirmation or denial.
