Without cross-tabs we have no clue to the sample distribution or design of the sample frame. In top of that, there is no demographic data, not race, not income, age or educational attainment.

For all we know, they could have interviewed 1500 people in Licking County or 1500 people in two zip codes in the middle of Cleveland.

Without the cross-tabs we have no way to determine if the sample is representative.
