FBI Agents See Director Comey As A ‘Dirty Cop,’ Says Former U.S. Attorney

I am going to address the issues you raised, and the way you raised them. I feel compelled to confront seven of the biggest scandals in contemporary times. You are not the only person who addresses the FBI/BATF in this manner, so I'm not just talking to you. I am addressing what I see as a problem, because you called the question and I think it's a decent time to confront these issues. They impact our nation in it's vital organs. The damage can be fatal. We can't ignore it.

I have complete respect for the FBI, for our local police departments, for our intelligence agencies, for our military services and for all historical law investigation/enforcement agencies serving our country from its founding.

I did not address the local police departments, our intelligence services, our military, or historical law enforcement agencies serving our country since it's founding. I addressed the FBI/BATF, and by including those other agencies you in effect wrapped the FBI/BATF in a cloak made up of them all. I don't think that was a fair or wise thing to do.

Why did I term it that way? I did so because the FBI/BATF was clearly acting outside the law at least in part in the matters I covered. Tying them to other groups is not reasoned because those other groups weren't involved. Further, it besmirches those other groups, because what the FBI/BATF did in these cases was ultimately at least in part ciminal in nature.

The Left is doing a pretty good job of smearing them all, causing us to distrust our LE, and destroying our institutions.

I addressed the FBI/BATF in these matters. I did not address LE, LEOs, or other institutions. As it relates to Congress, Congressional hearings, they pretty much put their own necks on the line by defending the actions that should never have been defended. Once again you have drawn in "others" to protect those who should not be defended. That isn't a reasonable defense of the defenseless. You also sought to tie me to "Leftist actions" in defense of the defenseless. I was specific in the matters I raised for a reason. In each of them, people can specifically point to criminal activity on the party of government agencies, and I named those agencies. There shouldn't be any confusion at all about what agencies I was talking about, or equating with these actions.

I do not hold our American law enforcement agencies and their employees accountable EN MASSE for the grievous misdeeds of any corrupt, errant associates or higher-ups serving dishonorably in the Service....and I don't expect them to destroy their careers and face personal law suits for whistle-blowing right before the election without strong evidence against Comey, a political appointee. The evidence will out sooner or later.

This is your third paragraph in reponse to me, and in each of them you have expanded the agencies to gift the FBI/BATF with a cloak of protection. I refuse to buy into that. Once again, this was not leveled at "...our American law enforcement agencies, or their employees. This was leveled at the FBI/BATF.

Let's look at the facts regarding "who and what" during the events mentioned above....and who was president-in-charge during those years.

The Vince Foster affair (1), 1993, Bill Clinton.....TWA 800 (230), 1996, Bill Clinton.....Ruby Ridge (2), 1994, Bill Clinton.....Waco (82), 1993, Bill Clinton.....Oklahoma bombing (168), 1995, Bill Clinton. (482)

We know that during all these events, Clinton and Hillary were pulling all the strings behind the scenes, scheming, manipulating, making wrong decisions, covering up, shifting blame plus controlling the investigations of our FBI/BATF because THE CLINTON's WERE THE CONTROLLING POWER over the heads of these agencies!

You'll have to excuse me for mentioning that you left out an absolute ton of facts regarding these incidents. For one, the same agency that could step in to hijack an investiation by the FAA in the TWA 800 case, something that had never been done before, took a pass when it came to investigating the death of an Assitant Attorney General for the president of the United States.

Who were these facts uncovered by? In many instances the media, not the FBI. Oh the FBI/BATF knew about it all because they had the information to begin with, but they weren't telling. Court case documnts, the media, eye witnesses... the stories got out anyway, but these two agencies can't be credited for that. They let official falsehoods stand.

We're not talking about one single incident here. We're talking about five incidents involving the deaths and or executions of 482 people. We are confronted by government corruption, criminality, coverup, and even reward for corrupt services rendered. You may think this should be swept under the carpet and forgotten about, so we can "trust" and "respect" the members of the FBI/BATF today. I do not. Once these issues are addressed, criminality is admitted, and prosecuties levied, I'll begin to trust the two agencies again. I will still keep my eye on them. They have proven why that will be necessary..

To let you understand how pervasive these acts were, let me tell you a little story about a dinner my wife and I were invited to. My wife let me know she had been invited by a friend to attend dinner with her and her husband. She freely admitted her husband was with the FBI. She also mentioned he was called to Waco to take part in the final events at the farm. So I went to dinner with an FBI agent that was there at the Waco farm that day. Here was a person who had been there to witness the tanks driving over vehicles and people inside the building, the constant piping in of loud music. He was there when the caustic agents were pumped in. These agents were highly flammable and contra-indicated in relation to small children. It's fumes would harm their lungs and cause them to drown in thier own fluids.

This isn't a situation where a few FBI agents were acting in an isolated manner, people we'd never run into. These were agents from across the nation, that we all can and will run into from time to time. And none of them spoke up about the lies they know were told. How will I know which agents, when I meet them? I won't. That's the BIG PROBLEM. Every agent I run into is a potential player from Waco or one of the other operations or investigations..

So which FBI agent can I trust these days? The answer is none of them. I can only trust the ones who saw criminality and came forward. That number remaining at zero, that's the number of agents I can trust today.

Yet, some folks here want to pin all the blame on the FBI agency itself and the thousands of agents and employees in DC and in the field across the country and tarnishing the agency's reputation forever soley for the misdeeds and treason of Comey and any of his cohourts.

The FBI/BATF agents today have nobody to blame but themselves for the mistrust the public harbors. I am sorry, but that is the truth of it. We have five (soon to be seven as I'll explain in a minute) differenct investigations that were compromised with hundreds if not thousands of agents involved. Not one of them came forward to contradict what he new not to be true. NOT ONE! If that isn't damning of the agency, I don't know what would be.

Did I mention Comey? Here you are again going off subject to talk about something I didn't address, but now that you mention it, I will.

Do you realize that if FBI agents had come forward in the Clinton FBI file scandal or any of these other situations, we would not be facing the possibility of Hillary Clinton being elected today? She would either have been convicted or drumed out of office. We witnessed a massive cover-up for the Clintons, and the most damning part of it was that agents on our dime collectively made the decision to look the other way. Further, by doing so they fed into the Clinton claim that she had been investigated out the wazoo and was found clean as a whistle every time. Isn't that special. A special thank so the agency for that. Mua! /s

And just as the Crooked Clintons were in charge in Waco and the above mentioned events, look who's in charge of appointed FBI Director Comey...why, it's no one else but president Barak Hussein Obama!

And that being the case, here is another person who should be held to account. Unfortunately you don't have a single FBI agent willing to put his neck on the line for the nation. Think abou that. Every FBI agent with special knowledge has elected to think of himself first rather than the nation. Earlier you included the military as people we should respect. I agree. In the military we have men and women who are so dedicated to the nation that they are willing to give up their life and limb for the cause, to protect our nation and our way of life.

Contrast that with the dedication exhibited by FBI agents to that same cause, and.... nothing. Yes, by the nature of their work they do expose themselves to death and dismemberment, but when no higher duty exists, they take a pass on telling the public what they know. The nation is on the line. How about those troops who see a fellow man down? What do they do? Don't they sacrifice self to help? Where is that ethic in OUR FBI? It does not exist. I'm calling them on it.

What the FBI has in effect done, is witness another man down in need of help, and said, "Well guy, I know you're in trouble, but you know I've got a mortgage, a wife, and children. I have to protect my career."

Not one agent has exhibited the dedication to duty that our men in arms are called on to exhibit every single day, sacrifice self for the nation. Not one!

The fish rots from the Oval Office on down to his rotten political appointees such as Comey, Lois Lerner, etal!

We agree on that, but if there is no level where a righteous FBI Agent exists, to shine the light of day on it any of it, then there is no righteousness clear to the bottom of the agency. The fish does start to rot from the head. Our fish was rotting in 1993. It's 2016. It's not only the head that is rotten these days. It's time to be honest with ourselves.

Leave innocent FBI agents out of this scandalous email affair and lay your frustration and anger where it belongs!

Once again, you are attempting to move this to the current crminal eMail enterprise. At this time I will respond by drawing your attention to the fact that the facts regarding seven different incidents make a rather compelling pattern involving every FBI/BATF agent that was involved. NOT ONE OF THEM thought of country first. (You have the five incidents I brought up, and there is also the FBI Files case and now the eMail case. That's seven.) So what we know now, is that investigations that didn't just involve a special inside group, investigation that spread through the agence like a spider web involving hundreds if not thousands of agents, didn't touch on one agent who was willing to come forward and contradict untruth. Not one! These were in effect test cases, and all the FBI/BATF agents infolved were presented with a chance to do the right thing. None did. Why should I assume there are others who would have? We're not even talking about a few percent who did the right thing. 100% involved in these investigations took a pass on getting the truth out. 100%!

So today we have Hillary Clinton vying for the presidency of the nation, while FBI/BAFT agents go home and relax as complacent as can be.

If Hillary Clinton should be elected, they will have played a big part in it. She was vetted and found clean as a whistle. That's the public record according to the FBI/BATF. Not one agent has come forward to state that simply isn't true, and why.
