Obama is now proposing to get rid of our 400 ICBMs and announce “No first use of nukes.” If he makes these moves in the next 100 days, we are doomed. Good bye Pax Americana forever. The US maintained peace in the world for 70 years and the traitor Obama has now brought the world to the brink of major war.

I doubt WW3 over Syria.
I see Assad remain in power. He’s Alawite and not a real Muslim. The Iranian Shia support him. Alawtism evolved from Shia but added a lot of “bells & whistles” from other religions in the region. So the Iranian Shia really view them as heretics to be dealt with later. (The Sunni have always viewed them as heretics!) I think we will be pretty much pushed out of the Middle East. We will have little to no influence with anyone in that region if Hillary wins. Let the Russians have it. Egypt will move toward Russia. Long term loser Israel.
If Trump wins I think he can cut a deal with Russians in Syria that we can all live with. “Deals” it’s what Trump does best. Egypt will welcome us back and partner with us to stop the spread of radicalism and take the lead with our support in calming Libya. The Arabian peninsula states will continue to decay no matter who wins. A partnership with Russia will help but not stop. Look for continuing chaos there. The world will move toward more confrontations with Iran.
Also a Trump win will embolden Europeans who love their countries and culture to elect governments interested in pervert Europe. A Witch win and European collapse continues.
My 2 cents
The Russians remember what Bill did in The Balkans. If the Russians think Hillary is going to win, the Russians are sending the message that there will be no more Kosovos this time.
