Not a bit impossible. You left out losing the electric grid regionally/nationally. As you are probably aware muzzie killers in the Middle East are weaponizing civilian drones bought at Amazon. Yes, everything you wrote and far more. Pretty scary.

"Didn’t Obama just GIVE AWAY control of the internet?"

Not exactly.

By disconnecting it from US control, he unshackled US Government Intelligence operations (or corporations, in the case of Google) that are forbidden by law from spying on Americans (as though the law actually means anything to this administration, lol).

It will be open season on the internet for Americans that have inconvenient views and/or factual information to transmit.

Dear Vlad, please hold your fire for at least another month. In the mean time if Bojangles messes with your Internet feel free to take out our TV networks.

Take just a second to consider the consequences of our own operatives taking down the internet and electrical grid then blaming the Russians:

1. the extraction of and distribution to the American public of democrat scandals stops immediately

2. Borders stay open

3. people clamor for the help of the government and social services

4. People Wave the flag and hate the dastardly Russians more

all four of those things Advance the interests of who..? Hmmmm..?

People keep asking rhetorically, “why the hell would our government announced a Cyber attack against Russia..?”

There is a simple answer to that:

so that the last prominent thing you heard before the net went down and light ent out was of The Scaaary Cyber War.

so you and all of us would blame the Russians.

it makes sense.

You are most correct it is propaganda. Some of the comments here are also some of the damned funniest I have seen for quite some time. Even to the extent of rationalizing Russian actions out of some sick romanticized fantasy that props up any form of legitimacy that Russian actions are just or pure. This for the sole purpose of propelling our guy into the White House.

Very difficult to place into words craziness seen around here as of late

I would suggest backing up IP addresses of your most important sites.

Can you imagine what would happen if the “Russians” took down DNS just a couple weeks out from the election?

My, oh my! You’d be stuck with only traditional media, who would of course fill the bandwidth with 24x7 coverage of the ongoing Cyber war. It would completely silence those untruthy alternative sites, just as Obama said we need.

DWS lost her job because she couldn't dream up a lie of Russian culpability fast enough. Brazile (or her minions) did soon thereafter, and she's been banging that drum loudly, without proof ever since.

Is this Obama's casus belli? Do they think they can pin this on the Donald's presumed invitation giving them that novel idea?"

This administration, with its galactically stupid cyber escapades, open for the world to see, could never win a cyber war!

Has it totally escaped media attention that not only was everything on H->'s non-government-secure servers easily gotten by multiple outsiders, but seemingly everything attached to .gov servers has also been freely accessed?

When H-> flippantly and with loose lips threatens to drone a capable, cyber talent like Assange, you can be darned sure that target is going to do everything in his power to fight back.

Another stupendously bad move, H-> and BHO!

It is meant as another distraction, and a major one, away from Wikileas, to give Hillary talking points with which to smear Trump, since she has been trying to set up the narrative that Trump is colluding with Putin. However, she does run the risk of exposing the fact that the Russians could have also hacked her private server, and probably did, along with all the other major nations. And it risks giving Americans the idea the Wikileaks are entirely true.

Actually that was the point where WWIII was lost to the Russians. Snowden’s defection was the icing on the cake. We are just waiting for the resulting deaths to materialize.

and military wouldn’t support his sorry muzzie ass.

Right then we wouldn't be having Transexuals getting free sex change operations either, right? The military will follow orders, unless they find out what Fluoride really does.

Can you imagine how Pearl Harbor would have turned out if Japan had told the US what it was about to do?!

How do you know they didn't?

Except it ain’t just Russia who would mobilize against us, it would include much of the libertarian hacker community who understand the the Wikileaks, Cryptome and Snowden material in full and who see freedom attacked by various leftist PC initiatives on Facebook, Twitter and other social media. They will take down Wall St. and the City of London.

How do you know they didn't?

I don't. It has been postulated that the US knew it was coming as the codes had been broken for some time beforehand and the attack was allowed to happen to garner support for going to war.

Having all of the aircraft carriers out of the harbor was suspect as well of a prior indicator.

I have never subscribed to the talk of the Dalai Bama declaring Marshall Law and extending his rule, but I see more scenarios which could lead to that every day........
