Putin has been testing us with his close encounters and harassment of our planes and ships for the past year or two. He’s probably been taking careful notes and studying our vulnerabilities while Obama has been preoccupied on the campaign trail.
I think Putin has prepared a range of responses that extend well beyond Syria’s borders. Just my view.
Putin can do pretty much anything he wants to. Unless he is fearful of strongly worded letter of condemnation.
